At BoHome, each piece is handmade with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your order, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Returns are only accepted if the item is unused, in original condition, and carefully repackaged. Since our items are made by hand and often customized, please note that slight variations in color, texture, or shape are part of their unique nature and not considered defects.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@bohome.trade with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to return the item safely.
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
